Cebu Pacific Useful Travel Information: Fares

The Concept of Book and Buy

Cebu Pacific online purchases are on “book and buy” basis wherein you need to pay for the Seat you have booked immediately, otherwise the Seat is not confirmed. Bookings must be paid in full at the time of making the reservation.

The Concept of GO Fares

Go Fares are fares available year-round with different levels. Book early so you will be able to avail of the lower fare levels. The closer you get to departure date, the higher the Go fares available for you. That’s why it’s important to book early, so you’ll pay less.

If you are purchasing your ticket at the airport on the day of departure, you will be assessed with Cebu Pacific’s highest Go Fare.

Fare Rules

Fares quoted are per person per one way journey. These, like taxes and charges may fluctuate based on impending currency exchange rates and will be displayed as reservation charges.

Fares quoted are subject to availability and exclude airport taxes and other prevailing charges, both of which shall be borne by you. All fares are subject to change until purchased.

Flight dates, times, routes may be changed 4 hours prior to scheduled departure subject to change fees and applicable fare difference being paid. You may do these transactions by calling Cebu Pacific’s Call Center at (+632) 70-20-888 or by visiting Cebu Pacific’s ticket offices.

Infants below two (2) years of age, who do not occupy a Seat will fly free of charge (FOC). They are not required to pay taxes and charges (except for security charge imposed on Hong Kong to Manila flight) and do not qualify for any free baggage allowance. Only one (1) infant per adult over 18 years of age will be permitted to travel. While infants two (2) years old and above are required to occupy a Seat and will be required to pay the full fare, taxes and charges.

Government Taxes, Fuel and Insurance Surcharges

The price of the ticket may include taxes, fees and charges which are imposed on air transportation by government authorities. These may either be included in the computation of the fare and charged upon purchase of ticket or may be collected at the airport at time of departure depending on local government regulations. The guest is required to pay these in full prior to check-in.

Currency

Fares and charges are payable in the currency prescribed with Cebu Pacific’s published fares unless otherwise specifically stated by us.
