Cebu Pacific Useful Travel Information: Ticketing

All about the Ticket

The Ticket is good for carriage for one year from date of issue, except as otherwise stated. Lost paper tickets are deemed forfeited. On the other hand, an e-Ticket Transaction Receipt, once lost, may still be reprinted. You just need to make a request at any of Cebu Pacific’s ticket offices.

Ticket Purchase and Issuance

There are four (4) ways to purchase a Cebu Pacific Ticket

  • via www.cebupacificair.com – only Visa and Mastercard cards are accepted for online payment
  • by calling Cebu Pacific’s Call Center at (+632) 70-20-888 – Cebu Pacific accepts all major credit cards
  • through Cebu Pacific’s airport and city ticket offices
  • through Cebu Pacific’s payment centers – pay at any Equitable or Metrobank branch and/or ATM

For online bookings, payment shall be made in full at the time the reservation is made. For bookings done through Cebu Pacific’s Call Center, you have 72 hours to purchase your Ticket before your booking is cancelled.

Cebu Pacific reserves the right to refuse you or your Baggage carriage, if, in the exercise of Cebu Pacific’s reasonable discretion, Cebu Pacific determines that the payment of your fare has been done fraudulently or unlawfully.

At check-in, Cebu Pacific may require you to present the credit card you used to pay for your flight. For this purpose, Cebu Pacific recommends that you bring that particular credit card.
