AirSWIFT Travel Requirements Update: If you are planning to travel to any Philippine destination via AirSWIFT, it is important to be aware of its travel requirements. In this advisory, we will go over the necessary documents you need to have in order to board your flight. We will also provide a list of AirSWIFT Travel requirements for all its local destinations. So whether you are traveling for leisure or business, make sure you are well-prepared before heading to the airport!

AirSWIFT Boracay Travel Requirements
Effective January 9, 2022, the following are the updated requirements prescribed by Executive Order 22-001.
For Tourists
- Negative RT-PCR swab from DOH accredited facility or Saliva test from Philippines Red cross taken 72 hrs. prior to date of Travel.
- Approved AkQuire OHDC QR Code
- Booking confirmation from DOT-Accredited Hotel
- Government Issued Valid ID
For Returning Aklanons
- Negative RT-PCR swab from DOH accredited facility or Saliva test from Philippines Red cross taken 72 hrs. prior to the date of Travel.
- Notice of Coordination/Acceptance from Municipality of destination issued by the Office of the Mayor

- Proof of Vaccination Status
- For Fully Vaccinated individuals – VaxCertPH Covid-19 Vaccination certificate with full vaccination status from https://vaxcert.doh.gov.ph/; OR Locally-issued Vaccination Card/ID with full vaccination status and with verifiable QR Code; OR Locally-issued Vaccination Card/ID with full vaccination status and with a certificate of vaccination from issuing-vaccination center
- Unvaccinated or Partially Vaccinated Individuals – Negative RT-PCR swab from DOH accredited facility or Saliva test from Philippines Red cross taken 72 hrs. prior to date of Travel.
- For Below 12 years old – Please accomplish the Certificate of Undertaking Travelling with Minors template in https://aklan.gov.ph under Tourism or you may click here.
For Travellers (APOR)
- Negative RT-PCR swab from DOH accredited facility or Saliva test from Philippines Red cross taken 72 hrs. prior to date of Travel.
- Travel Order/Travel Authority for Private and Government APOR

AirSWIFT El Nido Travel Requirements
Following the Executive Order 22-001 of El Nido, please be advised of the updated travel requirements effective January 26, 2022.
For Tourists
Fully Vaccinated | Approved S-PASS Travel Permit via submission of: 1. Negative Result of Antigen Test taken 48 hours prior to arrival in El Nido. 2. DOT-Accredited Hotel Booking Confirmation 3. Roundtrip Tickets 4. VaxCert accomplished via https://vaxcert.doh.gov.ph/ or COVID-19 Vaccination card/certificate |
Partially Vaccinated or Unvaccinated | Approved S-PASS Travel Permit via submission of: 1. Negative result of RT-PCR Swab from DOH accredited facility or Saliva test from Philippine Red Cross taken 48 hours prior to time of arrival in El Nido 2. DOT-Accredited Hotel Booking Confirmation 3. Roundtrip Tickets |
Children 11 years old and below traveling to the Municipality of El Nido are NO longer required to upload negative COVID-19 test results (upon S-PASS application), provided that their parents and/or the guardians they are traveling with are FULLY VACCINATED.

For APOR (Workers/Business)
Fully Vaccinated | Approved S-PASS Travel Permit via submission of: 1. Negative Result of Antigen Test taken 48 hours prior to arrival in El Nido. 2. Valid Government Issued ID. 3. VaxCert accomplished via https://vaxcert.doh.gov.ph/ or COVID-19 Vaccination card/certificate travel or Company Work Order 4. Quarantine: a. Staying less than 7 days – No Quarantine but must present a detailed itinerary (Subject to EOC Approval) b.Staying more than 7 days – Mandatory Home Quarantine for 7 days followed by an antigen test through the Municipal Health Office after 7 days. |
Partially Vaccinated or Unvaccinated | Approved S-PASS Travel Permit via submission of: 1. Negative result of RT-PCR Swab from DOH accredited facility or Saliva test from Philippine Red Cross taken 48 hours prior to time of arrival in El Nido. 2. Valid Government Issued ID. 3. Travel or Company Work Order 4. Quarantine: a. Staying less than 7 days – No Quarantine but must present a detailed itinerary (Subject to EOC Approval) b. Staying more than 7 days – Mandatory Home Quarantine for 7 days followed by an antigen test through the Municipal Health Office after 7 days. |
For El Nido Residents
Fully Vaccinated | Approved S-PASS Travel Permit via submission of: 1. Negative Result of Antigen Test taken 48 hours prior to arrival in El Nido. 2. Valid ID with proof of residence 3. VaxCert accomplished via https://vaxcert.doh.gov.ph/ or COVID-19 Vaccination card/certificate 4. EOC Coordination 5. Home Quarantine for 7 days. |
Partially Vaccinated or Unvaccinated | Approved S-PASS Travel Permit via submission of: 1. Negative result of RT-PCR Swab from DOH accredited facility or Saliva test from Philippine Red Cross taken 48 hours prior to time of arrival in El Nido. 2. Valid Government Issued ID. 3. Travel or Company Work Order 4. Quarantine: a. Staying less than 7 days – No Quarantine but must present a detailed itinerary (Subject to EOC Approval) b. Staying more than 7 days – Mandatory Home Quarantine for 7 days followed by an antigen test through the Municipal Health Office after 7 days. |
Children 11 years and below traveling to the Municipality of El Nido are NO longer required to upload negative COVID-19 test results (upon S-PASS application) provided, traveling with parents and/or the guardians who are FULLY VACCINATED. Meanwhile, Department Order 2022-001 issued by Department of Transportation is still in effect in accepting only Fully Vaccinated Passengers and Qualified Exempted Unvaccinated Passengers. AirSWIFT Cebu Travel Requirements
AirSWIFT Travel Requirements for Cebu City
Fully Vaccinated Individuals
- Valid Government Issued ID
- Official Vaccination Card with QR code. If without QR code, present the official vaccination certificate issued by the Local Health Officer or by the DOH – Bureau of Quarantine.
Unvaccinated or Partially Vaccinated Individuals
- Valid Government Issued ID
- Negative result of RT-PCR Swab from DOH accredited facility taken within 72 hours prior to time of departure in Cebu; or
- Negative result of Saliva Test administered by Philippine Red Cross taken within 48 hours prior to time of departure in Cebu; or
- Negative result of Antigen Test from DOH accredited facility taken within 48 hours prior to time of departure in Cebu
AirSWIFT Travel Requirements for Mandaue City
Fully Vaccinated Individuals
- Valid Government Issued ID
- Official Vaccination Card with QR code. If without QR code, present the official vaccination certificate issued by the Local Health Officer or by the DOH – Bureau of Quarantine.
Unvaccinated or Partially Vaccinated Individuals
- Valid Government Issued ID
- Negative result of RT-PCR Swab from DOH accredited facility taken within 72 hours prior to time of arrival in Cebu; or
- Negative result of Antigen Test from DOH accredited facility taken within 48 hours prior to time of arrival in Cebu
AirSWIFT Travel Requirements for Cebu Provinces
Fully Vaccinated Individuals
- Valid Government Issued ID
- Official Vaccination Card with QR code. If without QR code, present the official vaccination certificate issued by the Local Health Officer or by the DOH – Bureau of Quarantine.
Unvaccinated or Partially Vaccinated Individuals
- Valid Government Issued ID
- Medical Certificated issued within 24 hours before their arrival in Cebu.
All passengers are required to download and register at Staysafe.PH mobile application as a requirement upon check-in. Please scan AirSWIFT’s QR code available at the departure check-in counter. This is only done at the Departure Check-in counters.
