COVID Virac Travel Requirements per Cebu Pacific

For guests flying to Virac, please take note of these travel guidelines:

Please UPDATE your residence address through the Manage Booking section in the website, by 23:59H (PHT), two days before departure, to ensure you can take your flight.

For guests coming from areas under Alert Level 3, only the following are allowed to enter Virac

  • Authorized Persons Outside Residence (APOR)
  • Essential / Emergency / Indispensable Travelers

For guests coming from areas under Alert Level 2, only the following are allowed to enter

  • Authorized Persons Outside Residence (APOR)
  • Locally Stranded Individuals (LSI)
  • Returning Overseas Filipinos (ROF)

For those allowed to enter Virac, please present the following upon check-in:

For guests with essential / emergency / indispensable travel, from areas under Alert Level 3

  • Printed Copy of Approved Travel Coordination Permit from S-PaSS
  • Negative RT-PCR test result, valid for three (3) days from date of test

For Locally Stranded Individuals (LSI) and Returning Overseas Filipinos (ROF) coming from areas under Alert Level 2 or lower

  • Printed Copy of Approved Travel Coordination Permit from S-PaSS
  • Negative Antigen test result, valid for three (3) days from date of test

For Authorized Persons Outside Residence (APOR) from national government agencies

  • Printed Copy of Approved Travel Coordination Permit from S-PaSS
  • Valid Travel Order / Mission Order
  • Company ID / Government ID
  • Date of Return
  • Letter of Exemption

For Authorized Persons Outside Residence (APOR) from the private sector and all other groups outside national government agencies

  • Printed Copy of Approved Travel Coordination Permit from S-PaSS
  • Valid Travel Order / Mission Order
  • Company ID
  • Date of Return
  • Negative RT-PCR (swab) / Antigen test result, valid for three (3) days from date of test. Please make sure to present the original copy of the test result.
  • Traze App

There is no need to present an Endorsement Letter for infants with no RT-PCR test. As long as the infant has an approved TCP, he/she may be accepted for flight.
