Xiamen Travel Requirements per Cebu Pacific Advisory

As per Government regulations, guests bound for Xiamen are required to present the following travel documents upon check-in:

For Chinese Nationals

Passport
Health Declaration Form – submitted via WeChat or through this link. Save a printed/digital copy of the QR code at the end of the form.
Health Code for PCR Test Approval (with “HS” marked in the middle, and should be color green)
Negative PCR test result, conducted within seventy-two (72) hours before boarding

For non-Chinese Nationals

Valid Visa for China – date of issuance should be after November 3, 2020
Permanent Residence Card
Diplomatic, courtesy passport
Crew Visa
Health Declaration Form – submitted via WeChat or through this link. Save a printed/digital copy of the QR code at the end of the form.
Negative PCR test result, conducted within seventy-two (72) hours before boarding

All guests are required to get tested for COVID-19 in testing labs licensed by the Embassy of the People’s Republic of China in the Philippines. Please coordinate with the Filipino-Chinese Anti-Epidemic Committee at least one (1) week before the test schedule.

All arriving guests will be required to undergo a COVID-19 PCR test upon arrival. This is free of charge. There is also a mandatory 14-day hotel centralized quarantine upon arrival, at the guest’s expense.
