Laoag Travel Requirements for Tourists

A valid ID and confirmed vaccination card or certificate are the only requirements for fully vaccinated individuals traveling to Laoag.

For travelers who are not fully vaccinated, a valid ID and negative RT-PCR (from any DOH-accredited laboratories) are required 60 hours prior scheduled date and time of departure (with official receipt). Alternatively, a negative antigen with a specimen collected within 24 hours prior scheduled date & time of departure (with official receipt) is also accepted.
