PAL Reduces COVID Swab Testing to P2,599 With 24-Hour Results

Philippine Airlines (PAL), the nation’s flag carrier, reduces the price of PAL COVID Testing from P3,300 to P2,599. The results will be available within 24 hours.

Guests of Philippine Airlines (PAL) now have a less expensive swab test alternative with the fastest turnaround for its cost.

In a statement on last June 21, 2021, PAL stated guests departing from Manila may now organize their RT-PCR tests for P2,599, down from the earlier deal of P3,300. Swab test results can be received within 24 hours.

Passengers can get their PAL COVID Testing swab at screening facilities at the Philippine Airlines Learning Center (PALC) in Ermita, Manila, and PAL Gate 3 along Andrews Avenue in Pasay City.

Antigen tests worth P700, with a 30-minute turnaround, are also offered at the two facilities.

PAL said swab tests at PALC are readily available via drive-through or walk-in from 8 is to 8 pm daily, consisting of vacations.

Philippine Airlines said Tuesday COVID-19 RT-PCR tests in its partner centers are now P2,599 starting June 21.

In a declaration, PAL stated that the rate is “the least expensive rate with the ensured test result in 24 hours.”.

Meanwhile, antigen tests remain at P700 with results in just thirty minutes, the flag provider stated.

Travelers who want to avail of the rate must register through PAL’s Traveler Profile and Health Declaration Kind (PPHD) as early as five days before departure, it said.

Numerous regional and international destinations need an unfavorable RT-PCR test result for entry.
