COVID Laoag Travel Requirements per Philippine Airlines
General Requirements
For faster verification of documentary requirements of passengers, they are required to forward their documentary requirements at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled date and time of flight to [email protected]. For inquiries, they may contact 09398793674 or 09957853866.
Regardless of vaccination status and classification, no passenger shall be allowed to be accepted for check-in nor board the aircraft without the presentation of valid negative COVID-19 test results.
RETURNING RESIDENTS
- Negative RT-PCR (from any DOH-accredited laboratories) 60 hours prior scheduled date & time of departure (with official receipt); OR
- Negative Antigen with specimen collected within 24 hours prior scheduled date & time of departure (with official receipt)
- Exemption: Residents who are asymptomatic and fully vaccinated are no longer required to present undergo Covid-19 test prior departure to the Province of Ilocos Norte.
- Exemption: Residents below twelve (12) years of age shall also not be required to undergo COVID-19 testing provided that they are traveling with fully vaccinated adults or duly exempt parents.
- Proof of residency
RETURNING OVERSEAS FILIPINO
- Negative RT-PCR (from any DOH-accredited laboratories) 60 hours prior scheduled date & time of departure (with official receipt); OR
- Negative Antigen with specimen collected within 24 hours prior scheduled date & time of departure (with official receipt)
- Exemption: Residents who are asymptomatic and fully vaccinated are no longer required to present undergo Covid-19 test prior departure to the Province of Ilocos Norte.
- Exemption: Residents below twelve (12) years of age shall also not be required to undergo COVID-19 testing provided that they are traveling with fully vaccinated adults or duly exempt parents.
