Travel Permission and Community Alert Level for Guimaras

Here are the health and COVID travel requirements for Guimaras for returning visitors:

Fully Vaccinated– COVID-19 Domestic Vaccination Card duly issued by a legitimate vaccinating establishment or certificate of quarantine completion showing holder’s vaccination status as may be issued by BOQ
– Travel Coordination Permit (TCP) from S-PaSS
Unvaccinated or Partially Vaccinated– Negative RT-PCR (swab) test result, showing that date of the test is not more than three (3) days prior to the date of travel to Iloilo.
– Travel Coordination Permit (TCP) from S-PaSS â€“ Note that lead time for processing is twenty-four (24) hours upon submission of the request and all requirements.

Guimaras Travel Requirements per Cebu Pacific Advisory

  • For fully vaccinated guests:

Returning Residents, Returning Overseas Filipinos, and Authorized Persons Outside of Residence

  • For Fully Vaccinated Individuals: COVID 19 Domestic Vaccination Card or Certificate of Quarantine Completion with Vaccination Status in lieu of Negative RT-PCR taken within 72 hours before departure
  • For Unvaccinated/Not Yet Fully Vaccinated Individuals: Negative RT-PCR test taken within 72 hours before departure
  • Travel Coordination permit (TCP) to be obtained through SPASS
  • Approved S-PASS (https://s-pass.ph/)

COVID Guimaras Travel Requirements per Office of the Governor

Except in medical emergencies or referrals, only fully vaccinated individuals shall be allowed entry into the Province and only residents who are fully vaccinated may be allowed exit from the Province. In addition, the following shall not be allowed entry into or exit from the province except in cases of medical referrals:

  1. Individuals with symptoms referable to COVID-19;
  2. Individuals considered suspect/probable/conformed case of COVID-19 and not certified as a recovered case by health authorities.

Returning Visitors

Returning residents or visiting persons coming from outside Western Visayas shall be governed by the applicable provisions of Executive Order No 27, series of 2021 and IATF Resolution No. 124-B dated July 2, 2021, without prejudice to the subsequent issuances of the IATF

Unnvaccinated Individuals

A recent negative RT-PCR result shall be required prior to the individual’s entry into the province, which test must be conducted not later than three (3) days before the date of travel of returning or visiting persons.

Returning Overseas Filipinos (ROFs), Locally-Stranded Individuals (LSIs), to include returning residents, and visiting persons who cannot comply with the above- mentioned requirement. shall be denied entry into the province unless:

  1. They can submit a recent (not more than three days from the day the test was conducted) RT-PCR negative result; or
  2. They have stayed outside the Province but within Region VI for a period of at least 14 days prior to his/her entry into the Province;

Those who have illegally entered the Province coming from outside Region VI, aside from cases that will be filed against them, shall be sent back outside the Province and shall not be allowed entry except if:

  1. They can submit a recent (not more than three days from the day the test was conducted) RT-PCR negative result; or
  2. They have stayed outside the Province but within Region VI for a period of at least 14 days prior to his/her entry into the Province; Expenses for the RT-PCR and other incidental expenses shall be borne by the ROFs, LSIs, returning residents and visiting persons.

Fully Vaccinated Individuals:

The presentation COVID- 19 domestic vaccination card duly issued by a legitimate vaccinating establishment or certificate Of quarantine completion showing the holder’s vaccination status as may be issued by the Bureau of Quarantine, whichever is applicable, shall be sufficient alternatives to the testing requirement imposed under Executive Order No. 27, series of 2021. Provided, that the subject traveler shall undergo the screening and other protocols imposed by the provincial government.

Leisure Travels

Leisure travels may be allowed provided that an individual or group shall have prior or existing bookings and/or reservations with any hospitality establishments in the province. For this purpose, leisure travels are those that intend to visit and/or experience resorts, beaches, and Other tourist destinations in the province, among others.

Movement of Minors

The movement of minors into and within the province shall be dealt with in accordance with existing IATF guidelines.
