Here are the health and COVID travel requirements for Ozamiz.

Fully Vaccinated Individuals– Valid ID
– Vaccination Card
Unvaccinated and Partially Vaccinated Individuals– Valid ID
– Negative Antigen Test Result from any DOH-accredited laboratories issued within seventy-two (72) hours
– Minors who are bound to the Province of Misamis Occidental are no longer required to present Negative Antigen Tests Results prior to boarding, provided, that they are traveling with their parent(s)/ guardian(s) who are VACCINATED against COVID-19.

COVID Ozamiz Travel Requirements per Philippine Airlines Advisory

All travelers coming from the NCR, the islands of the Visayas, including those who will land/disembark in other airports of Mindanao whose origin is from the areas mentioned, who are bound to the Province of Misamis Occidental shall be required to present the following at the port of origin:

FULLY VACCINATED INDIVIDUALS

  • A valid government-issued ID with photo
  • Vaccination Card

UNVACCINATED INDIVIDUAL

  • A valid government-issued ID with photo
  • Negative Antigen Test Result from any DOH-accredited laboratories issued within seventy-two (72) hours
  • Minors who are bound to the Province of Misamis Occidental are no longer required to present Negative Antigen Tests Results prior to boarding, provided, that they are travelling with their parent(s)/ guardian(s) who are VACCINATED against COVID-19.

For guests flying to Ozamiz, please accomplish these travel requirements

Please UPDATE your residence address through the Manage Booking section in the website, by 23:59H (PHT), two days before departure, to ensure you can take your flight.

Present the following documents upon check-in:

For fully vaccinated guests

  • Vaccination Card
  • Valid government-issued ID

An individual is considered fully vaccinated if it has been at least two (2) weeks since the last required dose and if the vaccine administered is included in the Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) or Compassionate Special Permit (CSP) issued by the Philippine Food and Drug Administration or the Emergency Use Listing of the World Health Organization (WHO).

For partially vaccinated and unvaccinated guests

  • A negative Antigen test result, taken within seventy-two (72) hours prior to departure or boarding
  • Valid government-issued ID

Asymptomatic children who are six (6) years old and below are exempted from presenting a negative Antigen test, provided that the parents/guardians present the child’s proof of identity and age (i.e., birth certificate, passport).
