Dumaguete Travel Requirements – Arriving Local Passengers: This is the updated advisory for local or domestic passengers arriving in Dumaguete–Sibulan Airport. Dumaguete Travel Requirements

Individuals traveling to Dumaguete, Philippines, must have a valid ID and a photocopy of their ID with contact information in case of an emergency. In addition, fully vaccinated individuals must have a vaccination card/certificate and a photocopy of both documents with contact information. Unvaccinated or partially vaccinated individuals must have a valid ID and negative antigen test results from any DOH-accredited laboratories within 48 hours of travel.

For guests flying from Manila to Dumaguete, please present the following documents, to be accepted for flight:

For guests who are fully vaccinated

  • Original and photocopy of the Vaccination Card with certification duly issued by the local vaccination center or Vaccination Certificate from the Department of Information and Communications
  • Original and photocopy of any government-issued ID
  • Fully accomplished Public Health Passenger Locator Form

For guests who are not fully vaccinated

  • Negative/Non-reactive Antigen test result, valid within forty-eight (48) hours after the release of the result.
  • Government-issued ID
  • Photocopy of the negative/non-reactive Antigen test AND the government-issued ID, together on one page, bearing the traveler’s contact number
  • Fully accomplished Public Health Passenger Locator Form

For transiting passengers

  • Fully Vaccinated:
    • Vaccination Card
    • Non-reactive Antigen test, valid for forty-eight (48) hours from the date of release
    • Approved S-PaSS from the LGU of destination
  • Unvaccinated / Partially Vaccinated:
    • Negative RT-PCR (swab) test result, valid for seventy-two (72) hours from the date of release
    • Approved S-PaSS from the LGU of destination

All arriving passengers in Negros Oriental shall inform the LGU of the final destination for travel arrangements. Children who are 10 years old and below are not required to undergo Antigen / RT-PCR testing if the accompanying adults have tested negative to either test.
