Fully Vaccinated Individuals– COVID-19 Domestic Vaccination Card
– Valid ID with photo and signature
– Approved S-PaSS
Unvaccinated and Partially Vaccinated Individuals– Negative RT-PCR (swab) test result or Saliva RT-PCR test result from Philippine Red Cross only. The test is valid up to seventy-two (72) hours from collection.

Please present the following travel requirements upon check-in, for your flight to San Jose:

For fully vaccinated individuals:

  • COVID-19 Domestic Vaccination Card
  • Valid ID with photo and signature
  • Approved S-PaSS

For unvaccinated / partially vaccinated individuals:

  • Negative RT-PCR (swab) test result or Saliva RT-PCR test result from Philippine Red Cross only. The test is valid up to seventy-two (72) hours from collection.
  • Valid ID with photo and signature
  • Approved S-PaSS

For minors traveling with parents / guardians who are unvaccinated / partially vaccinated:

  • Birth Certificate or Valid ID
  • Copy of the parent/guardian’s negative RT-PCR test result
  • Copy of the parent/guardian’s valid ID with photo and signature

For unvaccinated / partially vaccinated minors who are traveling alone:

  • Negative RT-PCR (swab) test result or Saliva RT-PCR test result from Philippine Red Cross only. The test is valid up to seventy-two (72) hours from collection. Residents of Occidental Mindoro may present a negative Antigen test result, instead of the RT-PCR test result.
  • Valid ID with photo and signature

For guests traveling due to emergency or humanitarian reasons:

  • Death Certificate
  • Valid ID with photo and signature

For other essential travelers:

  • Exam Appointment / DFA Appointment / School Certificate to state the resumption of classes
  • Valid ID with photo and signature
