Today, one can still see remnants from that history with the old Tabacalera Warehouse. It is now owned by the Plaza family and was previously held by the Philippine General Tobacco Company (PGTC). Juan Plaza now controls it. The warehouse is a remnant of the Spanish colonial era, and it is one of the oldest buildings in the town.

The lands around it are no longer planted with tobacco, and the warehouse is now being used as a furniture workshop. The warehouse is open to the public, and visitors can explore the inside of the building.
