Cebu Province
Interzonal travel within the entire island of Cebu shall be permitted. All persons shall be allowed to travel to and from the Province of Cebu and the cities of Cebu, Mandaue, and Lapu-Lapu.
FULLY VACCINATED INDIVIDUALS

NOTE
- All ROFs and OFWs shall be allowed entry into the Province of Cebu, starting January 04, 2022, provided, they undergo a five (5) day quarantine period as prescribed by applicable IATF-MEID resolutions.

Cebu Travel Requirements per Cebu Pacific Advisory

The local government is requiring all arriving guests to present the following travel document requirements, to be accepted for flight:
Mandaue City
- For fully vaccinated guests: Official Vaccine Card / Certificate
- For unvaccinated / partially vaccinated guests: Negative RT-PCR test result, taken within seventy-two (72) hours prior departure and/or negative Antigen test result, taken within forty-eight (48) hours
Cebu Province
- For fully vaccinated individuals: None
- For unvaccinated / partially vaccinated individuals: Medical certificate certifying that they do not exhibit symptoms of COVID-19 at the point of origin. The medical certificate should be issued within twenty-four (24) hours before arrival in Cebu.
Cebu City
For fully vaccinated individuals:
- Valid ID / proof of identity with picture and signature
- Official Vaccination Card with QR Code. If a QR code is not available, present the Official Vaccination Certificate issued by the local health officer of the LGU or the Vaccination Certificate issued by the Department of Health – Bureau of Quarantine.
For unvaccinated / partially vaccinated individuals:
- Negative RT-PCR test result from a DOH-accredited laboratory, taken within the last seventy-two (72) hours; or
- Negative Antigen test result from a DOH-accredited laboratory, taken within the last forty-eight (48) hours; or
- Negative Saliva Test from a DOH-accredited laboratory, taken within the last forty-eight (48) hours
Lapu-Lapu City – No requirements.
Aside from what’s listed above, guests departing from General Santos and bound for Cebu must present the following travel requirements upon entering the General Santos International Airport, before departing for Cebu:
- Fully vaccinated guests must present their Vaccination Card / Vaccination Certificate
- Unvaccinated or partially vaccinated guests must present a negative RT-PCR (swab/saliva) test result, taken within 72 hours before departure
Effective January 16, 2022, to June 30, 2022 – All domestic departures will be from Mactan International Airport Terminal 2. Guests bound for Manila must present a Vaccination Card / Certificate and a valid ID, unless exempted. Click here for more information.

All passengers are required to download and register at Staysafe.PH mobile application as a requirement upon check-in. Please scan AirSWIFT’s QR code available at the departure check-in counter. This is only done at the Departure Check-in counters.
