Fully Vaccinated– Valid ID
– Valid Vaccination Card or Certificate 
– Online BacTRAC registration
Partially Vaccinated or Unvaccinated Individuals– Valid ID
– Online BacTRAC registration 
– Negative Rapid Antigen Test Result taken from any DOH-accredited laboratories valid within forty-eight (48) prior to departure or arrival

Fully Vaccinated Individuals

  • Valid ID
  • Valid Vaccination Card or Certificate 

Partially or Unvaccinated Individuals

  • Valid ID
  • Negative Non-reactive Rapid Antigen Test Result taken from any DOH-accredited laboratories valid within forty-eight (48) prior to departure 
  • Rapid Antigen Test Result to be conducted by the Province of Negros Occidental free of charge upon arrival

Exception for Bacolod Travel Requirements

Government officials/ personnel on official business shall be allowed unimpeded travel to their place of destination, provided that they: 

  • Present valid IDs issued by their respective government agency
  • Present original or certified true copy of travel authority/ order issued by the Department Secretary or his/her designated official

Based on government regulations, guests bound for Bacolod are advised of the following guidelines.

Please UPDATE your residence address through the Manage Booking section on the website, by 23:59H (PHT), two days before departure, to ensure you can take your flight.

NEGROS OCCIDENTAL, except Bacolod City

For Locally Stranded Individuals (LSI), Returning Overseas Filipinos (ROF), Authorized Persons Outside Residence (APOR) from the Private Sector:

  • Fully Vaccinated:
    • Verifiable Vaccination Card – any of the following shall be honored:
      • COVID-19 Domestic Vaccination Card issued by a legitimate vaccinating establishment
      • Negros Occidental Provincial MIS Vaccination Card
      • Official Department of Health Vaccination Certificate with QR code
  • Unvaccinated / Partially Vaccinated:
    • Approved Travel Pass-Through Permit (TPP) from S-PaSS.
    • Rapid Antigen test to be conducted upon arrival. The Province accepts a non-reactive Rapid Antigen Test, valid for 48 hours from date of test, and conducted in a DOH-accredited facility.

Minors who are 11 years old and below are required to submit an approved Travel Pass-Through Permit (TPP) from S-PaSS only. COVID-19 test is not required, as long as they’re accompanied by adults with complete travel requirements.

Bacolod Travel Requirements for Authorized Persons Outside Residence (APOR) from the government:

  • Valid ID issued by their respective government agency
  • Original / Certified True Copy of Travel Authority / Travel Order issued by the Department Secretary or his/her designated official
  • Pass symptoms checking upon arrival

BACOLOD CITY ONLY

All guests bound for Bacolod City are required to present the following documents upon check-in:

Bacolod Travel Requirements for Returning Residents, Returning Overseas Filipinos (ROF), Authorized Persons Outside Residence (APOR) from the Private Sector, and Tourists:

  • Vaccination Card – for fully vaccinated guests only
  • Negative Rapid Antigen test result, certified by the DOH-accredited laboratory, conducted within 48 hours before boarding – for unvaccinated or partially vaccinated guests only
  • BacTrac Registration

Bacolod Travel Requirements for Tourists/Returning Residents/Returning Overseas Filipinos/Returning Overseas Filipino Workers/Private APORs

  • For Fully Vaccinated Individuals and/or have undergone booster dose: Vaccination Card/ID
  • For Unvaccinated/Not Yet Fully Vaccinated Individuals: Negative Rapid Antigen Test (RAT) certified by the DOH-accredited that adminstered the RAT taken within 48 hours before departure
  • For Unvaccinated Minors aged 5-17 yrs old: Negative Rapid Antigen Test (RAT) within 48 hrs OR Negative RT-PCR test within 72 hours before departure
  • Approved Travel Pass Permit via S-PASS (https://s-pass.ph/)
  • Valid ID
  • Must pass symptoms screening upon arrival
  • Strictly comply with existing minimum public health standards

*Minors 5 yrs and below accompanied by a fully vaccinated adult will be exempted from the travel requirements

Bacolod Travel Requirements for Authorized Persons Outside of Residence (Government)

  • For Fully Vaccinated Individuals and/or have undergone booster dose: Vaccination Card/ID
  • For Unvaccinated/Not Yet Fully Vaccinated Individuals: Negative Rapid Antigen Test (RAT) certified by the DOH-accredited that adminstered the RAT taken within 48 hours before departure
  • BaCtrac ID
  • Approved Travel Pass Permit via S-PASS (https://s-pass.ph/)
  • Original/Certified true copy of Travel Order/Authority issued by the head of their agency or authorized superior in lieu of the travel order/authority certification from any head of office/agency that such officials employees are assigned/appointed/designated to report in a particular public office in Bacolod City
  • Must pass symptoms screening upon arrival
  • Strictly comply with existing minimum public health standards

Negros Occidental

Fully Vaccinated/Unvaccinated/ Not Yet Fully Vaccinated Individuals (Tourists/Returning Residents/Returning Overseas Filipinos/Returning Overseas Filipino Workers/Private APORs)

  • For Fully Vaccinated Individuals: Verifiable Vaccination Card/Certificate (COVID-19 domestic vaccination card duly issued by a legitimate vaccinating establishment OR Negros Occidental Provincial MIS Vaccination Card OR official Department of Health Vaccination Certificate with Quick Response (QR) Code)

  • Approved Travel Pass Permit via S-PASS (https://s-pass.ph/) by LGU of destination and/or the Provincial Government of Negros Occidental

Authorized Persons Outside of Residence (Government)

  • Valid ID issued by their respective government agency
  • Original or Certified true copy of Travel authority/order issued by the Department Secretary or his/her designated official
  • Pass symptom screening at the port upon arrival, and in case of public transport, upon boarding and strictly comply with minimum public health standards
  • Approved Travel Pass Permit via S-PASS (https://s-pass.ph/) by LGU of destination and/or the Provincial Government of Negros Occidental
