Metro Manila COVID-19 Health and Travel Requirements
Intrazonal and Interzonal movement shall be allowed. However, reasonable restrictions may be imposed by the LGUs, which should not be stricter as those prescribed under higher alert levels and subject to the oversight, monitoring, and evaluation of their respective RIATF.

COVID Manila Travel Requirements per Cebu Pacific Advisory
Updated as of November 5, 2021
The National Capital Region is placed under COVID-19 Alert Level 2, wherein intrazonal and interzonal travel is allowed, subject to entry rules and requirements of the local government unit (LGU) of the destination, which should not be stricter than those prescribed under higher alert levels. Currently, there are no travel requirements to enter Manila, but please continue checking with the LGU of your destination for any specific requirements.

All passengers must present valid ID upon check-in and comply with LGU requirements of final destination
*For Tourists from Caticlan (Boracay) returning to Manila, please present the following documents obtained and presented prior to arrival in Boracay: (1) Negative RT-PCR Swab or Saliva test, (2) QR code, and (3) Valid ID
