Minimum and Maximum stay is as follows: For Economy ASEAN/HKG/MFM/TPE/JPN/GUM/HAN/PNH – 2D/30D; ME-2D/2M; AU/POM – 3D/2M; US/CA-3D/3M; Premium Economy: ASEAN/HKG/MFM/TPE/JPN-2D/1M; AU/POM/US/CA – 3D/3M. For Business Class, ASEAN/HKG/MFM/­TPE/JPN/HAN/PNH- 2D/1M; GUM-3D/1M;AU/POM – 3D/3M; US/CA – 5D/3M; ME-2D/2M.
  4. No Show fee for US/CA/LON is USD125 and USD75 for all other sectors.
  5. The ticket is non-transferable.
  6. The ticket is non-refundable for the Economy. Refund on Premium Economy: Unused US/CA-USD250; LON/SIN-USD100; All other sectors USD25; Refund on partially used tickets: US/CA/LON-USD100 All other sectors USD75. For Business Class, a refund for a totally unused ticket is allowed subject to USD250 for US/CA; LON-USD150; GUM/TPE/MFM-USD50; HKG-USD75. All other sectors USD100. Partially used Business Class tickets are non-refundable.
  7. Tickets are rebookable. For Economy, the first rebooking is free, provided rebooking must be made at least seven days before departure. Otherwise, applicable penalties shall apply; succeeding changes with a fee: US/CA- USD300; LON-USD250; AU/NZ/GUM-USD200; TW/JP/PG/ME-USD150; TH/SG/MY/HK/MFM/ID-USD125; VN-USD100; For Premium Economy first two rebookings are free provided rebooking must be made at least seven days before departure, succeeding at a charge of USD100 for US/CA/LON/AU/NZ/JP; All other sectors USD50. For Business Class first two rebookings are free provided rebooking must be made at least seven days before departure, succeeding at a charge of ME/NZ-USD100; US/CA/LON/GU/AU/PG/JP-USD100; All other sectors USD50.
  8. Accompanied Child’s fare is 75% of adult’s fare, Infant without a seat is 10% of adult’s fare.
  9. Flight surcharge applies.
  10. Mileage accrual is 10% on Economy, 100% for Premium Economy, and 125% for Business Class.
  11. Fare is inclusive of 7kg handcarried baggage. Free baggage allowance will vary per route.
  12. Tickets issued online or outside of the Philippines does not include Philippine Travel Tax (PH tax). Philippine Travel Tax applies to Philippine passport holders, foreigners holding a Philippine resident visa, and foreign tourists or expatriates who have stayed in the Philippines for more than one year.
  13. Fare is refundable when an application for a visa is denied, subject to a fee. Passengers must show proof of application and denial at any PAL Ticket Office. Flight reservations must be canceled upon passenger’s receipt of visa denial or seven days before departure, whichever is earlier. For visa denial within seven days before the departure date, PAL will collect a No Show fee unless the booking is canceled 24 hours before the departure date.
  14. All our international flights from Manila will depart from NAIA Terminal 1. Arrivals will be at NAIA Terminal 2.
