TOURIST (Point-to-Point/Bubble Tourism)

Who are allowed:

  • All FULLY VACCINATED domestic tourists and foreigners (particularly those already staying in the Philippines before the start of the pandemic).
  • Minors accompanied by parents, legal guardians and elder siblings allowed are allowed
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS FOR TOURISTS
  • Valid ID
  • Approved S-PASS
  • COVID-19 Vaccination Card.
  • Negative Antigen Test result taken within 24 hours from a DOH accredited laboratory prior to boarding
  • Confirmed hotel, tour or diving booking/itinerary
  • Roundtrip Ticket
INBOUND PASSENGERS (Returning Residents, ROF, and APOR from outside Palawan)
  • Valid ID
  • Approved S-PASS (TCP)
  • Vaccination Card
    • All unvaccinated minors and inbound passengers will be required to submit themselves to the seven (7) days quarantine and will be required to undergo an Antigen Test on day seven (7) free of charge.
  • Negative Antigen Test Result taken within twenty-four (24) hours
  • Certificate of Coordination from EOC Coron

CULION

LSI/ RETURNING RESIDENTS

  • Valid ID
  • Approved S-PASS (TCP)
  • Vaccination Card/ Vax Cert (For fully vaccinated individuals)
  • Negative RT-PCR/ Saliva (Philippine Red Cross) Test Result collected within seventy-two (72) hours or Negative Antigen Test Result taken within twenty-four (24) hours
  • Acceptance Letter from EOC Culion
  • Quarantine for 7 days (for unvaccinated/partially vaccinated individual)

ROF

  • Valid ID
  • Approved S-PASS (TCP)
  • Vaccination Card/ Vax Cert (For fully vaccinated individuals)
  • Certificate of Quarantine from BOQ
  • Acceptance Letter from EOC Culion
  • Quarantine for 7 days (for unvaccinated/partially vaccinated individual)

APOR

  • Valid ID
  • Approved S-PASS (TCP)
  • Vaccination Card/ Vax Cert (For fully vaccinated individuals)
  • Negative RT-PCR/ Saliva (Philippine Red Cross) Test Result collected within seventy-two (72) hours or Negative Antigen Test Result taken within twenty-four (24) hours
  • Company Travel Order
  • Acceptance Letter from EOC Culion
  • Quarantine for 7 days (for unvaccinated/partially vaccinated individual)

TOURIST

  • Valid ID
  • Approved S-PASS (TCP)
  • Acceptance Letter from EOC Culion
  • Vaccination Card with QR Code (only fully vaccinated individuals are allowed to travel)

Guests flying to Coron are required to secure an approved Travel Coordination Permit (TCP) S-PaSS and present it upon check-in. In order to secure the TCP, please be ready to upload the following documents in S-PaSS:

MUNICIPALITY OF CORON

For Authorized Persons Outside Residence (APOR), Locally Stranded Individuals (LSI), Returning Residents, Returning Overseas Filipinos (ROF)

  • Negative RT-PCR (swab / saliva) or Antigen test result, processed by a DOH-accredited institution, with an Official Receipt. The test must be taken within seventy-two (72) hours before boarding for RT-PCR tests, while within twenty-four (24) hours boarding for Antigen tests. Saliva RT-PCR test must be administered by Philippine Red Cross only.
  • Certificate of Coordination / Acceptance Letter from Emergency Operation Center Coron
  • Valid ID

For Tourists

  • Negative RT-PCR (swab / saliva) or Antigen test result, processed by a DOH-accredited institution, with an Official Receipt. The test must be taken within seventy-two (72) hours before boarding for RT-PCR tests, while within twenty-four (24) hours boarding for Antigen tests. Saliva RT-PCR test must be administered by Philippine Red Cross only.
  • COVID-19 Vaccination Card – Only fully vaccinated tourists are allowed in the Municipality of Coron. An individual is considered fully vaccinated if he/she has completed the required number of doses and it’s the 15th day since the last required dose.
  • Confirmed hotel/resort and tour/dive booking/itinerary
  • Roundtrip tickets

Minors who are accompanied by fully vaccinated parents / legal guardians / elder siblings may be allowed to enter the Municipality of Coron, subject to compliance with requirements of the LGU.

For Government Authorized Persons Outside Residence (APOR) covered by IATF-MEID Resolution 98-A**:**

  • Valid ID issued by the respective government agency
  • Original / Certified True Copy of the Travel Authority / Travel Order, issued by the Department Secretary or his/her Designated Official
  • Registration to StaySafe.ph. Please save a digital or printed copy of the QR code.

MUNICIPALITY OF CULION

For Authorized Persons Outside Residence (APOR), Locally Stranded Individuals (LSI), Returning Residents, Returning Overseas Filipinos (ROF)

  • Negative RT-PCR (swab) test result from a DOH-accredited laboratory / negative Saliva RT-PCR test result from Philippine Red Cross. Test must be done within seventy-two (72) hours before the flight. A negative rapid Antigen test result may also be accepted, provided that it is taken within twenty-four (24) hours before the flight.
  • Certificate of Coordination / Acceptance Letter from Emergency Operation Center Culion
  • Registration to StaySafe.ph. Please save a digital or printed copy of the QR code.
  • Valid ID
