Davao Travel Requirements Updates

The Davao City government has lifted all travel restrictions for tourists, both local and foreign. All they need is a valid ID for security checks. Tourists are allowed to explore Davao Province as long as they follow the Davao travel requirements of their destination’s local government unit. These include a negative RT-PCR test result taken within 72 hours prior to arrival in Davao, a valid Safe Davao QR code from profiles.safe-davao.com, pre-booking at DOT-accredited hotels and resorts in Davao, and registration with staysafe.ph. With these in place, Davao is now open to tourists and promises a safe and fun experience for all.

Davao City has been working closely with the Department of Tourism (DOT) and the local government units in Davao Province to ensure that all safety requirements are in place for tourists. This is in line with the city’s goal of being a safe and welcoming destination for all.
