COVID Iloilo Travel Requirements – Arriving Local Passengers: This is the updated advisory for local or domestic passengers arriving at Iloilo International Airport (ILO). If you’re looking for more information about COVID travel requirements in going to Iloilo City and Province, we’ve got you covered!
Iloilo Travel Requirements
When traveling to Iloilo City, all travelers must have a valid vaccination card or certificate. Additionally, all travelers must present a valid government ID. For fully vaccinated travelers, this is all that is required. However, for partially or unvaccinated travelers, additional measures are required. Partially or unvaccinated individuals must immediately undergo quarantine procedures upon arrival, and on the 3rd day of the quarantine, they shall undergo RT-PCR testing free of charge. Partially or unvaccinated ROFs with travel history from countries classified as Red is required to complete quarantine procedures and RT-PCR testing.

COVID-19 Health and Travel Requirements
Iloilo City
All inbound travel from areas other than Panay, Guimaras, and Negros Island shall be subject to the following guidelines:
Iloilo Travel Requirements for Fully Vaccinated Individuals
- Valid Vaccination Card or Certificate
- Valid government ID
Iloilo Travel Requirements for Unvaccinated and Partially Vaccinated Individuals
- Valid government ID
- Negative RT-PCR Test result valid within seventy-two (72) hours prior departure to destination
PROTOCOLS UPON ARRIVAL IN ILOILO CITY
- Fully vaccinated individuals are no longer required to undergo quarantine & RT-PCR testing
- Partially & unvaccinated individuals shall immediately undergo quarantine procedures upon arrival and on the 3rd day of the quarantine, they shall undergo RT-PCR testing free of charge.
- Partially & unvaccinated ROFs with travel history from countries classified as Red is required to complete quarantine procedures and RT-PCR testing.

Iloilo Province Travel Requirements for Unvaccinated and Partially Vaccinated Individuals (APOR, Residents, and Non-Residents)
- Negative RT-PCR Test result valid within seventy-two (72) hours prior to departure to destination (for Partially / Unvaccinated Travelers)
- EXEMPTION: Travelers below five (5) years of age are not required to present Negative RT-PCR Test results.

- For fully vaccinated guests:

ILOILO PROVINCE
Travel to Iloilo Province from LGUs under Alert Level 4 and Alert Level 5 shall be prohibited.
- For fully vaccinated guests and children below 5 years old:
- COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate
- For unvaccinated / partially vaccinated guests:
- Negative RT-PCR (swab / saliva) test result, issued not earlier than 72 hours before travel. Saliva RT-PCR test must be issued by Philippine Red Cross only.

AirAsia Iloilo Travel Requirements
Travel Requirements for Iloilo City
All Inbound Travelers including accompanying minors aged 11 years old and below
- For Fully Vaccinated Individuals: Vaccination Card OR Vaccine Certificate Certification through https://vaxcert.doh.gov.ph OR document issued by competent foreign authorities proving that they are fully vaccinated
- For Unvaccinated/Not Yet Fully Vaccinated Individuals: Negative RT-PCR test taken within 72 hours before departure (children 4 years old and below are exempted)
- Valid Government-issued ID
*Guests are considered fully vaccinated if more than or equal to 2 weeks has transpired after has received the 2nd dose vaccine or more than or equal to 2 weeks after has freceived a single-dose vaccine
Travel Requirements for Iloilo Province
Tourists / Non-Residents
- For Fully Vaccinated Individuals: COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate
- For Unvaccinated/Not Yet Fully Vaccinated Individuals: Negative RT-PCR test taken within 72 hours before departure (except for children 5 yrs old and below)
- Approved S-PASS (https://s-pass.ph/)
*Shall be subject to the health monitoring protocols and quarantine procedures implemented by the accommodation establishments (AEs), such as hotels, resorts, and pensions houses where they shall stay
*If not staying in AEs, shall be subject to health monitoring by the City/Municipal Health Officers and BHERTs of the LGU concerned for a period of ten (10) days or for the duration of their stay
Returning Residents
- For Fully Vaccinated Individuals: COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate
- For Unvaccinated/Not Yet Fully Vaccinated Individuals: Negative RT-PCR test taken within 72 hours before departure (except for children 5 yrs old and below)
- Valid Government ID showing proof of residence or their counterpart issued by a foreign government (For Returning Overseas Filipinos)
- Notice of coordination (NOC) with the City/Municipality of the destination
- Approved S-PASS (https://s-pass.ph/)
*Shall be examined for COVID-19 symptoms upon arrival and subject to health monitoring by their respective City/Municipal Health Officers and BHERTs for ten days from arrival
Returning Overseas Filipino Workers
- For Fully Vaccinated Individuals: COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate, and/or shall be subject to the current RT-PCR test and quarantine procedures admisnitered by the OWWA upon their arrival
- Approved S-PASS (https://s-pass.ph/)
*Subject to health monitoring by their respective City/Municipal Health Officers and BHERTs for 10 days from arrival
- Valid Government ID (Voter’s ID Card issued by the Commission on Elections (COMELEC); Philippine Passport; Unified Multi-Purpose ID (UMID) Card; valid IDs or other pertinent documentation issued by accredited organizations or establishments; or any government-issued ID showing proof of residence)
- Travel Order and Travel Itinerary (for APOR-Government)
- Company/ Office Travel Order (for APOR-Private)
