Puerto Princesa Travel Requirements for Fully Vaccinated Individuals (Returning Residents, APOR, Tourists)

  • Valid ID
  • Vaccination Card/Certificate.

Puerto Princesa Travel Requirements for Unvaccinated and Partially Vaccinated Individuals (Returning Residents, APOR)

  • Originating from Alert level 1:
    • Valid ID
    • Vaccination Card/Certificate.
  • Originating from Alert level 2 or higher:
    • Valid ID
    • Negative antigen test result taken at least one (1) day before arrival.

NOTE: Mandatory home and facility-based quarantine are no longer required for all incoming travelers.

RETURNING RESIDENTS AND RETURNING OVERSEAS FILIPINO (NON-OWWA FLIGHT)

A. FULLY VACCINATED

  • Valid ID / Barangay Certificate
  • Negative Antigen Test Results (Specimen taken 24 hours before check-in) from any DOH-accredited laboratories
    • Negative antigen test for fully vaccinated individuals shall be compulsory only if required by the municipality of destination. 
  • Approved S-PASS (TCP)
  • Vaccination Card and/ or Vaccination Certificate from the Vax Cert (https://vaxcert.doh.gov.ph)
  • Travel Order

B. UNVACCINATED & PARTIALLY VACCINATED INDIVIDUALS

  • Valid ID
  • Negative RT-PCR Test Results (Specimen taken 72 hours before check-in) from any DOH-accredited laboratories

Puerto Princesa City is now open to all inbound passengers. Please prepare a valid ID and your vaccine card for the on-site health assessment and validation upon arrival. Partially vaccinated and unvaccinated guests coming from areas under Alert Level 2 or higher are still required to take a Rapid Antigen Test one (1) day before departure.
